Our Care Team in Witney Oxfordshire

The lovely village of Standlake in Oxfordshire, about four and a half miles from Witney, is home to Meadow View Nursing Home, which is set on 4.5 acres of grounds and has access to open countryside.

Meadow View Nursing Home is owned by Mr. Farhad Pardhan, who is in day-to-day control of the business.

The Matron/Manager of the home, Sandra Mguquka, a Registered Nurse who is also overseeing the patient's care, is in charge of the day-to-day management of the home.

The Meadow View Nursing Home was properly expanded and constructed to a high standard, considering the most recent care standard guidelines. We work hard to ensure our residents are always happy, comfortable, and satisfied. Our goal is for all residents and their families to feel comfortable and at home. We also pride ourselves on providing high-quality personal care.

We have an Activity Co-ordinator who runs a programme of past times to stimulate both body and mind.

Consistent Supervision

We're determined to provide our residents with the best possible experience, and that's why we've dedicated ourselves to ensuring above average staffing levels. On top of that, each staff member attends a regular formal meeting with their manager to cover past performance and any potential ideas for improvement. To ensure these standards are kept high, every worker receives an annual appraisal from the Home Manager.
